Note
- All original mortgage documents must be presented for release.
- A release letter from the bank/financial institution is mandatory
- Property owner(s) must present original Passport, Visa, and Emirates ID
- If the release is through a representative, a valid Power of Attorney (POA) is required.
- POA validity and acceptance are subject to Dubai Land Department (DLD) rules.
- Bank clearance and NOC must be issued on official letterhead and signed by authorized representatives.
